Heat Shrinkable Polyolefin Tubing :

Polyolefin heat shrink tubing is made from a thermoplastic polymer which has been cross-linked. The cross-linking results in improved physical characteristics such as higher operating temperatures. Since the polymer is not inherently flame resistant like PVC, flame retardant additives are used to meet automotive and appliance specifications.
